Overcharged

This is evidently the case with inanimate matter, but the living organism with active consciousness, which has reached a higher level and is normally rather overcharged with power, seldom retains its energy latent or unused for long. It continually gives out and as continually absorbs energy ; and it is this more dynamic flux and flow, like a lake that is constantly being filled and as often emptied, that constitute life and consciousness as we know it.

Actually, she is not so much concerned with duty toward her baby; she is desperately straining to appease her conscience. The whole structure of her motives and behavior rests upon intricate personal issues that would come to light with difficulty. It is doubtful if the nurse or anyone else in her immediate surroundings can help her effectively. Her problem may be difficult enough even for the psychiatrist. In this state, the negatively overcharged internal values of a seed, sediment or cell become highly active. In this state, however, positively overcharged energy concentrates become passive. They condense and, after mechanical atomisation, are bound by the negatively overcharged energy concentrates.
