Participancy

Here it is most expressly set forth that there is to be a general participancy in the ministry —an unlimited co-operation in the fulfilment of the offices of the church—and that on the part of each according to the gift or gifts bestowed.

The finding is not binding on the absent beneficiaries nor on appellant, when the reserved determination of the participancies of the trust estate is litigated.

Following Levinson's scheme, I still have to discuss the questions of participancy and channel-linkage for h2. In view of the fact that Levinson's concept of participancy is largely unexplicated, it is rather difficult to decide if h2 is a participant or not.
