Optical identification of single- to quattuordecuple-layer (1L-14L) WSe₂ nanosheets on 90 nm SiO₂/Si

The exceptionally small size of JUNIOR COMPACT manipulators makes it possible to accommodate 8–14 manipulators (octuple–quattuordecuple patch-clamp recordings) at a standard microscope or to realize a 20-patch (viguple patch-clamp recordings) system on a 360° ring structure with a modified microscope.

We obtained a pyl quattuordecuple mutant and found that it was severely impaired in growth and failed to produce seeds.

We further investigated the stomatal high-VPD response in a B2-, B3-, and B4-family Raf-like kinase quattuordecuple mutant, OK-quatdec (raf16/raf40/RAF24^(Δ10)/raf18/raf20/raf35/RAF42^(Δ6)/m3kδ1;raf3/m3kδ7;raf4/m3kδ6;raf5/raf7/raf8/raf9/raf10), in which the mutations in 14 Raf-like M3K kinase genes were confirmed, as described in Materials and Methods.
