Thundershowery

During the high-sun season the intertropical convergence zone with its thundershowery precipitation affects the areas much as it does in the Ar areas year-round; during the low-sun season the subtropical high pressure cells shift equatorward over the areas much as they occupy the subtropical desert areas on the poleward side of Aw areas year-round.

The printed weather forecast at the front desk at Turnberry that morning had said the day would be "thundershowery,” but it didn't seem too terrible at the moment.

One similar thundershowery Sunday afternoon, Kit Adler called to invite we three over to her apartment where she was planning a puppet show for the children (she now had four) and some of their small friends, tea to follow.
